2. Spray large skillet with Pam and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Place chops in hot pan and cook, turning occasionally, until done. Transfer to warm dish, and keep warm in oven.
4. Add butter to skillet and stir in brown sugar mixture and apples. Cook until apples are just tender.
5. Return chops to pan, spreading apples over chops. Sprinkle with pecans.
The DBF requests this all the time, and it's a regular in our repertoire. Really one of our favorites.
