Caramel Candy Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 small apples, peeled and shredded
  • 8 oz. canned unsweetened crushed pinneapple, undrained
  • 1 small box suger-free butterscotch pudding (dry)
  • 3 Tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 8 oz. fat free Cool Whip

1. Mix together apples, pineapples with their juice, pudding mix, and peanuts.

2. Fold in cool whip and chill.

This is one of my absolute favorite treats. It is yummy! Each serving is a little less than one cup.
