Chili Biscuits

MAKES: 2 servings
YIELD: 5 Biscuits per serving
CRISPY RATING: A big serving and the flavors blend well

Ingredients

  • 10 Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits (NOT the extra big ones)
  • 1/2 small order Wendy's Chili
  • 1/4 cup Healthy Choice Grated Cheddar Cheese

1. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

2. Remove biscuits from tube and separate. Pull and flatten biscuits gently to make little cup liners and place in muffin cups.

3. Divide chili evenly and spoon into each little cup. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over each biscuit.

4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

I go to Wendy's now just to get the chili to make these! Yum!
