Chili Chicken

MAKES: 4 servings
CRISPY RATING: A good chili flavor and healthy beans!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 bag Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Black Beans with liquid
  • Water as needed
  • 1 can Green chiles, optional
  • 1. Spray large skillet with Pam. Cook chicken breasts and onions until chicken is cooked and onions are softened.

    2. Add everything else. Let simmer for awhile to blend flavors.

    3. Add water if you want it a little thinner.


    MY NOTES AND THOUGHTS:

    1. I personally omit the green chiles.

    2. This is great with rice.

    The recipe is one that my family has made for years. I don't know where we got it.
