2. Spray a skillet with Pam and saute onions until tender. Add chili and corn to skillet, stirring well.
3. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle cheese over mix.
4. Combine cornbread with water, according to the package directions, stirring until just smooth. Pour batter over mixture in baking dish.
5. Bake at 450 for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
