1. Combine all ingredients in pot.
2. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until carrots are tender, adding more water if necessary.
1. I often make this using ready-to-eat baby carrots.... 'cause I'm lazy sometimes! They need to cook a little longer, but they work well.
