Chilled Mango and Melon Soup

Ingredients
  • Juice from 2 fresh limes
  • 3 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 large mango
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Pour into a bowl or large container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with lime peels.

My family had found this recipe in the local paper several years ago, but I'd forgotten about it until I came across it at AboutProduce.com, which unfortunately is now defunct.
