1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Roasting Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan. Place meat and vegetables in bag.
2. Combine brown sugar, seasoning blends, pepper and, if desired, nutmeg. Sprinkle over meat. Pour beer over meat and vegetables.
3. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes. Thicken sauce if desired.
