Grilled Pineapple Slices

CRISPY RATING: A yummy, yummy dessert when grilling

Ingredients
  • 14 oz canned Pineapple, packed in juice
  • 1/2 cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup Unpacked Brown Sugar

1. Dip pineapple rings into coconut milk and then brown sugar.

2. Grill over flame.


MY NOTES AND THOUGHTS:

These are very good. I really like having a dessert from the grill when we get grilling.
