1. Put half the cabbage mix in an 8x8 pan or a small glass casserole dish.
2. Add 1/2 of the apple slices and then porkchops. Cover with the rest of the apples and then the slaw mix.
3. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the porkchop / slaw layers.
4. Cover and cook for 30 minutes in the microwave. I cooked it at 80% power.
