1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes and boil until cooked, about 20 minutes or until tender. (OR put them in the microwave OR bake - whatever, just cook 'em how you like, peel 'em and chop 'em.)
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat sweet potatoes with all ingredients except cinnamon until smooth.
3. Transfer to a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, until heated through.
