CRISPY RATING: Easy and so tasty
1. For the marinade, combine all ingredients but salmon. Add salmon & turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet w/ nonstick spray. (Actually, I find it best to put the salmon on a piece of foil on the cookie sheet - it can be messy.) Place salmon on baking sheet. Roast until opaque in center, 10 - 12 mins. Serve at once.
1. I love the flavor of this. It's an interesting and different use for that big tub of plain FF yogurt in your fridge!
